What is Lefsa? Are you heading home?

Lefsa is a Norwegian pastry that is kinda like tortillas. They are made from potatoes and flour and are rolled real thin and cooked on a flat cooker. You eat them with butter and sugar. We will make some when we get home. We are leaving early in the morning and hope to get to Mitchell, SD by tomorrow night. It snowed last night so we are really pushing our meteorlogical(sp)clock. See you all soon.
